But productising them usually means a commercial project, an IT integration, a payment platform, multilingual marketing and a customer-service function. That is why many airports never launch, or launch a product that only reaches passengers who already know the airport.

Level 0 — no technology

Daily manifest

We send a daily list of booked passengers and time slots as PDF or spreadsheet. Your staff check the name at the lane, exactly as they check a boarding card. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.

Level 1 — recommended

Web validation

Any phone or tablet with a browser scans the passenger's QR code and shows valid or not valid, instantly. No app store, no hardware, no network changes.

Level 2 — later, if you want

System integration

If the pilot proves itself, we integrate with your gates or your existing platform through our API. Only when the revenue justifies the project.

How the pilot runs

Scoping call — 30 minutes. Which terminal, which lane, what capacity per time slot, and the commercial basis: a fee per passenger or a net rate per access, whichever you prefer.

We build — 2 to 3 weeks. Your airport landing pages in the languages of your inbound markets, booking flow, pass issuance, validation method and reporting.

Soft launch. Low capacity, real passengers, operational feedback from your team before we open the demand taps.

Marketing on. SEO plus paid campaigns targeted at your inbound source markets — passengers who would not otherwise find the product.

Review at 90 days. Full data. Renew, adjust capacity, extend to lounges and assistance, or stop. Your call.
