Last updated 19 August 2026. This site does not yet sell anything, so this notice covers only what we collect today.
AirportLane is a trading name of Kangaroland International FZ LLC, a free zone company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, write to partners@getairportlane.com.
| Launch notification | If you submit your email address to be told when we launch, we store that address and the date you submitted it. Nothing else. |
|---|---|
| Airport & supplier enquiries | Name, role, organisation, work email and your message — used only to reply and to progress a commercial conversation. |
| Server logs | Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use them to profile visitors. |
| Cookies | None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That will change when the booking platform launches, and this notice will be updated with a consent banner before it does. |
For the launch list, your consent — given when you submit the form, and withdrawable at any time. For business enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial approach you initiated.
Launch-list addresses until we launch and send the single notification email, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Business correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and up to six years afterwards where accounting or legal rules require it.
Our hosting provider and our email provider, acting as processors on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to partners@getairportlane.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
When the booking platform goes live this notice will be replaced by a fuller one covering bookings, payments and passenger data. We will publish it before we take a single booking.
